the course of her successful, 30-year career in helping global
financial institutions and a leading international law firm develop and
deploy successful business strategies and initiatives, Norma has honed
an effective consulting approach that will help organizations achieve their strategic and tactical goals
within reasonable cost and timing parameters, and in a manner that
respects each client’s values and culture.
Norma is senior marketing executive and
general manager with a successful track record at four Fortune 100
companies and a leading international law firm, including American
Express, JP Morgan, Morgan Stanley, Prudential Financial and Sullivan
& Cromwell LLP. She has earned Series 7 and Series 24 Registered
Securities licenses. She has an extensive international background and
is fluent in French. Her strengths include:
