Over the course of her successful, 30-year career in helping global financial institutions and a leading international law firm develop and deploy successful business strategies and initiatives, Norma has honed an effective consulting approach that will help organizations achieve their strategic and tactical goals within reasonable cost and timing parameters, and in a manner that respects each client’s values and culture.

Norma is senior marketing executive and general manager with a successful track record at four Fortune 100 companies and a leading international law firm, including American Express, JP Morgan, Morgan Stanley, Prudential Financial and Sullivan & Cromwell LLP. She has earned Series 7 and Series 24 Registered Securities licenses. She has an extensive international background and is fluent in French. Her strengths include:

  • B2C and B2B marketing, business development and general management. 
  • High-level business strategy, development and execution.
  • A reputation for creative thinking and problem-solving. 
  • Leadership and teamwork across diverse cultural settings.

Norma currently serves as Board Member and head of the Global Public Awareness Committee
of the International Center for Clubhouse Development, a global resource for communities around the world that are seeking to create solutions and opportunities for people living with mental illness.
